Steven - 08/22/2024 - Although we had the pleasure of thanking all of the team members individually for their incredible service, I wanted to take a moment to share with you few thoughts about the folks with whom we spent the most time interacting. Julie— there are no words to describe how helpful Julie was from beginning to end coordinating every aspect of our trip and every activity for kids and adults alike. Her recommendations were spot on, she always responded in a timely and professional manner, and she always made us feel that she delighted in ensuring that we have the most wonderful experience in every respect. Anderson—- My only regret is that we couldn’t bring Anderson to NY to manage our home there. He managed a staff inside and outside of what seemed like 20 people, and each one made us feel so welcome and comfortable in the home. No request was too big or too small….The rest of the team— each and every one was better than the next. Today, when it was time to go, we felt like we could have stayed for another month. Everyone made every aspect of our holiday, so incredibly enjoyable….This was our 6th all- family vacation in the past 7 years( we took a year off for Covid) and, for me personally, it was, for many of the reasons stated above, by far the best. And we stayed in some beautiful homes in Cannes, Marbella, Turks, Dominican and Vermont, each with their own excellent staff. I’m only one vote out of 24( ok, maybe more than one) , but I certainly hope that we have the opportunity and privilege to visit Laughing Waters again soon.
