The Main House is home to eight ensuite bedrooms across three levels, while the Guest Cottage offers four further ensuite bedrooms with its own kitchen, office and indoor-outdoor dining areas. Together, they create a balance of connection and privacy within one of Barbados’ most prestigious private estates.

The Main House
As well as accommodation, The Main House includes the pool deck pavilion, Tree House dining area, butler’s pantry, fully serviced kitchen, media room, children’s playroom and sitting room/office.
Mr. Suite
The Mr. Suite features a king bed and its own ensuite bathroom with tub and shower. Connected to the Mrs. Suite through a shared office/library, it offers refined privacy, comfort and a close connection to the adjoining suite space. Together, the Mr. and Mrs. Suites create an elegant connected arrangement, joined by a shared office/library.
Blue Room Suite
A generous suite within the Main House, the Blue Room Suite offers additional space for guests who would like privacy and comfort during their stay. With a separate sitting room and an ensuite bathroom with tub, shower and double vanity, it is well suited to longer stays or guests seeking a little more room to unwind.
Palm Room Suite
The Palm Room is a flexible and comfortable bedroom that can be arranged as either a king room or twin room. Its adaptable layout makes it ideal for couples, friends or family members, with an ensuite bathroom featuring a tub, shower and double vanity.
Mrs. Suite
The Mrs. Suite features a queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom with tub and shower. Connected to the Mr. Suite through a shared office/library, it offers privacy while remaining part of a larger connected suite arrangement within the Main House.
Blue Room
The Blue Room is a relaxed and comfortable twin bedroom, ideal for children, friends or family members travelling together. It features two oversized twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with tub, shower and double vanity, with the option for the beds to be placed together if required.
Pink Suite

Penthouse 1
Penthouse 1 is a flexible bedroom on the upper level of the Main House, available as either a twin room or king room. Its ensuite bathroom includes a shower and single vanity, making it a practical and comfortable option for guests. Children under 12 are not permitted on the Penthouse Level.
Penthouse 2
Penthouse 2 offers a spacious king bedroom on the upper level of the Main House, creating a more elevated sense of privacy. The ensuite bathroom includes a shower, tub and double vanity. Children under 12 are not permitted on the Penthouse Level.
